Half Dome Cables Getting Strung Out

By Rocky Thompson on June 11th, 2010

The famous cables at the end of the 14-mile roundtrip Half Dome hike are getting run out for the summer. The National Park Service put out this great 9 minute video about what it’s like to hike Half Dome. Since it’s government work, the quality of the video production and content is even more startling. I bet it cost more to produce than most feature-length films out of Hollywood.
