Chelsea Clinton’s Husband Quits Investment Job, Moves to Jackson Hole to Ski

In exciting celebrity news, the guy who married Bill Clinton’s daughter ditched his hedge fund job in New York City and relocated to Jackson Hole for the winter. According to the New York Post he’s become something called a ‘ski bum,’ though I doubt that he’s spending powder days bumping chairs for tourists. Jackson locals: don’t be afraid to put your drinks on this guy’s tab at the Mangy Moose.

Jackson Hole’s Biggest Ever Opening Weekend

One of these guys had been in the tram line since 11:30pm Opening Day’s Eve. I don’t understand why he didn’t just start walking to the top of the hill at 11:30pm and then get the first run off the tramdock right as the first tram was pulling in. Regardless, looks like the Wyoming season’s off to a good start.

Burton’s ‘The Stash’ Sets Up in Jackson Hole

Every year the massive snowboard company Burton partners with a ski resort to build a new terrain park. These parks are referred to as ‘The Stash,’ and they mostly rely on indigenous materials and features that are augmented into a cohesive park run by the Burton crew. While this is somewhat interesting in itself, the story gets even better when you hear about one of the people they hired to help - chainsaw artist Bob King. This is the guy you see on TV whenever you spend a hungover afternoon watching lumberjack competitions. Apparently he turned 50 trees into chainsaw sculptures. It’s going to be like riding through the Hall of Presidents in Disney.
