Fees for Search and Rescue? New Hampshire Wants to Make it Law

Hikers, skiers, climbers and anyone else who gets rescued in New Hampshire’s backcountry could be in for hundreds of dollars in fees under new legislation. Hiker Stung by Killer Bees and Falls to His Death

A New Power Line Will Cut Through the Appalachian Trail

The Appalachian Trail Turns 75

Adirondack’s Most Popular Trails Still Closed

To Stop a Bear, Pack Pepper, Not Heat.
