I’m At a Loss: The Human Powered Segway
They nailed the background music for this video. The Treadmobil from SpeedFit is the craziest case of over engineering I’ve ever seen in my life. It makes the SUV fixie look positively sensical in comparison. I guess you could use it to go over some marshy land that you wouldn’t want to walk on, but you’d end up needing to call a friend with a tractor to tow you out after a couple minutes.

If I’m going to run on that thing around the city. I might as well just RUN around the city.

“the ultimate patent pending machine”
if you trip? you just get spit out the back onto the pavement? and your Treadmobil speeds away from you down the street?

This video would be so much better if they where going down a really, really steep hill.

Maybe if I take a stationary bike and put four tires on the corners I can take it outside instead of staying inside and….err wait…nevermind.
A fool and his money are soon parted, but the stupidity lasts forever on teh internetz.

Yeah and you could also use a frozen cat to beat a mouse to death, but why bother…?
