The Euros are getting on board with waterproof denim in this collaboration between Alpkit and Jeanius. O’Neill rolled out something similar a couple years ago, but it fell flat signaling to the industry that it’s still cool to be soaking wet while snowboarding. These guys should rope in Cordarounds to work with them, too, then they could offer waterproof jeans that light up at night—they’d be great for all those foam parties I go to in Mexico during spring break.
