Kiteboarding in a Hurricane

This incredibly clear photo links to a video of a guy kiteboarding during the hurricane currently whipping across Florida. It’s actually a pretty gruesome video, and it looks like the guy is accelerating right up until the end. He’s currently in critical care in a hospital in Southern Florida. Good luck, fellow adventurer. I’m sure your mom isn’t reveling in the fact that she was right about this one.

    I grew up in Texas surfing hurricanes but kite surfing one? Hope he lives…he can tell great bar stories the rest of his life.
