Bear vs Wolf Caught on Motion-Sensor Camera

Too bad we couldn’t have placed some bets or gotten the writers at ESPN to create a storyline for the fight. A motion-activated camera caught this breakfast fight in Glacier National Park. Good thing they’re fighting over an elk carcass and not the bacon-grease-covered pan I left in my vestibule. The only thing that would make the video better would be if Philadelphia Phil Collins came in and said, “Peanut butter and jaaaaaaam!”

that was awesome. I love how the wolf kept nipping at the little cub’s tail. I was hoping Mom bear would come over and swat him one.

How the hell did someone hit that elk in that “road”? Was a ranger tearing ass through the woods in his park-ranger-bronco half drunk or something? You would have to be flying to hit an elk I’d think, those bastards are pretty agile..
