Gary Fisher Ranchero Xtracycle with a Real Seat for Castaways
It’s not like the stoker on a tandem ever pedals anyway. The Gary Fisher Ranchero comes with an extra seat for Xtracycle climb-ons. The back passenger will have to work pretty hard to look casual while rider stands up to crank up a hill since their butt will be right in the passenger’s face, but looking like an idiot on the back of a bike beats working hard up front. Bicycle Design has some more pictures from Trek World, and it looks like the Brooks-style seats aren’t going anywhere for 2009.

Wouldn’t ride it, but I love that it has disc brakes!

I can’t tell from the picture–is this Xtracycle-accessory compatable?

Interesting. I’d rather have a Surly Big Dummy though…
