Freeman Two-Piece Fixed Gear Bike

The first fixed gear offering from Freeman Transport out of Missoula costs $2,475, which is kind a lot for a bike without brakes or gears, but the Freeman does come with a waxed leather case. The big case is there so you can unscrew the couplings holding the frame together and stuff the bike into the overhead carry-on bin. No brake or derailleur cables makes life easier for taking the rig apart but harder when riding down mountainsides. The army green Freeman Fixie is available for pre-order.

Spokes, Chanirings, chains, pipes - no way on earth are they letting you take that into the cabion of a plane.
Wonder what that waxed case (and the bike for that matter) is going to look like once its been in the hold.

Looks awesome, minus the price. There is no way you are getting that bag in a carry-on bin though.
