Track Racing Testing Esoteric Limits

These guys probably won’t have to employ Ethan Laek’s new “If You Steal Any Part of This Bicycle, Expect Me To Beat On You About The Head And Face,” since they know everyone else in the world who rides a bike like theirs. That guy in the back might need to switch to a smaller front wheel to step down his gearing if he wants to keep up with these two monsters fighting for the lead. Going around banked corners on a velodrome for the first time on a normal bike is freaky enough—riding around them on a Pennyfarthing would be like dropping into a half-pipe for the first time. Now it’s only a matter of time until we start seeing these guys on the street; it’ll be damn near impossible to resist throwing sticks into their big front wheels.
