And You Thought Suuntos Were Clunky and Tough to Operate

I’m surprised more rock climbers and fly fishers don’t SCUBA dive. You get to be outdoors with friends, travel to beautiful places, and probably most attractive—handle a ton of expensive gadgets and geek out on gear. This Sea Instrument luxury dive computer is a great example. It comes with a super-chunky 2.5in color display, which won’t show up very well underwater but will impress the hell out of non-diving friends at the bar, and it weighs about 200 grams so you can jump in without the weight belt. The steel version only costs $3000, but first requires purchase of the $5000 Sea Instrument Watch—don’t feel too bad, the gold version is $46,000.
