BlastMatch Fire Starter
The BlastMatch is an all weather fire starter made originally for Air Force fighter pilots who risked getting shot down. The people at BlastMatch must have realized shot down fighter pilots are a pretty small market, because now they’re trying to sell the flint to backpackers. The rig is supposed to work even when it’s soaking wet, and when paired with the WetFire, it can start a fire in driving rain. Not sure what you’re going to burn, but you can at least get it started.

Books. The answer is books. That’s what they’re all so hellbent on burning.
Better hope they don’t start in on blogs.

Could sell it to that survival guy on TV. Last week, I watched him start a fire from wooden branches…after he pointed out that he was way, way above the tree line.
