Twist-n-Pack Camping Cup

I’ll finally get to use a cup after all these years suffering the indignity of drinking out of a Nalgene. The Flatterware is a spring-loaded camping cup that twists down so you can stuff it in your back pocket like a tin of chewing tobacco—the high school girls will go crazy for you. There’s no price, availability, or much news about the company yet, but it will be forth coming at OR.

Cool! I wonder if it can stand boiling water and what the weight is . . .

I hate when companies take something iconic from my childhood…like the plastic collapsible cup (i had a snoopy one, it came with a toothbrush) and market it as something innovative, and well necessary. I’ll be sure not to miss that booth at the show.

This idea is not new.
I had several of these that my parents used to use when we went on road trips.
