Zai Spada Granite Skis

Apparently spending a fistful of cash on some limited-edition Simon Jacomet Zai Spada Skis doesn’t mean you’re buying skis built for experienced skiers.
And it makes no difference whether you are an expert or beginner: using the perfect ski is all that matters.
The Zai Spada are the first skis to use granite in their construction. You probably wouldn’t have guessed as much by looking at them, but picking up the 12-pound monsters would tip you off. Jacomet claims that the granite construction makes the skis extremely stable, but I guess it doesn’t matter if they’re made for beginners. Too bad he only manufactured 500 pairs or rental outfits all over the world could use these things since they’re perfect for such a wide range of abilities.
