Top 10 International Cities Where Americans Go to Get Arrested

I’ve yet to spend a night in jail, but when I do I hope it’s in one of these lovely destinations. These are the top 10 cities outside the U.S. where Americans go to enjoy a night of free lodging. The cities are listed next to how many Americans were taken into custody in 2006, and the numbers all seem clownishly low. It looks like a list of spring break destinations and places you can go to drink before turning 21. Don’t spend all your bribe money on Coronas next time you’re in Mexico.
1. Tijuana: 520
2. Guadalajara: 416
3. Nuevo Laredo: 359
4. London: 274
5. Mexico City: 208
6. Toronto: 183
7. Nassau, Bahamas: 108
8. Merida, Mexico: 99
9. Nogales, Mexico: 96
10. Hong Kong: 90

No jail time Rocky? You slacker!
Leave it to the Canadians not to pull their load. One of our border neighbors is stepping up and the other is a-boot beaten by a lame bunch of Englishmen. Sad, Canada, so very sad!

Hong Kong is on there? After seeing movies like Brokedown Palace and remembering the duder who got CANED for graffiti I’d think Americans would learn to be a bit more discrete in Asian countries.
I like the photo, so moments later she chucked all over his uniform?
