Glacier Surfing Recap
Garret McNamara and Kealii Mamala recall the mortal terror involved in surfing waves formed from glaciers collapsing into the sea in this article. The greatest danger was if a calving glacier “bookshelved” out and toppled flat on them like a domino instead of dropping vertically into the sea. You can see why they would be concerned.

That is crazy! If you have ever seen a Glacier drop into the water, then you know how nuts this guy is. One of the craziest things I have ever seen! Whoa!
