Rollerblades with an Engine
This looks like a reasonable way to get to the hospital. These motorized Rollerblades run on a gas-powered engine and are supposed to have a top speed of 25mph. You accelerate with a handheld throttle, but it looks like whoever made them took the brakes off to accommodate the engine. Might want to wear some wrist guards.
