What’s baffling to me is that a watch company like Swatch can afford to sponsor the Big Mountain skiing event. Now that everyone owns smart phones, who even buys watches anymore? And besides, I haven’t seen a Swatch since 8^th grade (they came late to the Midwest). That said, at least, someone is putting up the cash for these absolutely insane skiers. The best part of this video comes at 3:00 when some maniac throws a backflip right in front of an avalanche—almost as if he’s just doing it to look back and see how close the damn thing is.
