Stranded Sheep Rescued by Ski Patrol

A ewe trapped in snow just outside the boundary of Tamarack Ski Resort was hauled out of packed snow by ski patrol. A family that was backcountry skiing saw the animal and reported it, and the resort decided it might be good training for some of their rookies. Plus it’ll be good fodder for jokes on them for years to come. The animal was taken to a nearby ranch to rehab. No report on whether the ewe will have to pay for its own rescue.
