Model Ski Lifts
By Rocky Thompson on January 7th, 2013
One enterprising Austrian company is hoping that just as Americans embraced model railroading ages ago, they’ll today embrace model ski lifting. The idea is that you setup a tiny gondola, tram, or chairlift and endlessly watch it run round and round. Instead of wearing overalls and an engineer’s cap while running your model, you’d wear a hooded sweatshirt and make a pipe out of an apple like you’re a lifty. Prices on model lifts begin at about $150.
