Contour announced yesterday morning that their new Contour+2 camera would sell for $399, a full $100 less than the last model, and the new rig would have improved Bluetooth connectivity for better control through your phone. You’ll be able to use the Contour app on your phone to see a live feed of what you’re shooting, plus you’ll be able to control the camera starting and stopping from farther away. The new camera will capture all your head-first crashes at 120-frames-per-second, and it features a larger sensor than the last iteration, which they say offers “improved action video”-an important factor for a helmet cam.
