Remember the mysterious Utah man who was trashing backcountry cabins, stealing provisions, and messing with people’s guns? (I wrote about him yesterday.) Well, Utah police have identified him based on fingerprints found at the scene. And his name is Troy James Knapp. He’s 44 years old. Okay, so now we know who he is; does anyone know where he is? I wonder how many more years of trashing cabins until this guy is caught. Cabin owners in the area would be wise to begin hanging notes on their door that begin, “Troy Knapp, help yourself to food. Please don’t set my house on fire.”
