Fatbikeraft Across the Arctic

Enterprising adventurer Andrew Badenoch has set a goal of making a 7,000-mile journey across much of the Canadian and Alaskan arctic traveling by fat bike and pack raft. Instead of attaching some kind of fundraising-for-a-cause to his expedition, he started a Kickstater page. He sought to raise about $10k to pay for his trip and a satellite phone so he’d be able to update people on his status. He’s reached his goal and plans his trip to, “Do epic stuff across the face of our amazing planet, then tell you about it so you can do the epic stuff you want to do.” The pedaling and paddling begins in a couple months.
