You have to love an article that begins like this: “Three mushroom pickers took refuge in a hollowed out tree after getting lost in an Oregon forest.” It’s the Smurfs come to life. That must have been a huge hollow tree. The three were found by a volunteer helicopter pilot who’d been flying around on his own for a couple days looking for the lost mushroom pickers. Good news: You’re rescued. Bad news: You’re going to be sending this guy Christmas cards the rest of your life.
