Sperm Bike Lands on American Shores

The flamboyant, 10-foot-long, sperm-shaped delivery bike that’s been used for a while in Europe is now making the reproductive rounds of Seattle, doing duty for the Seattle Sperm Bank as a cryogenic carrier of potential babies to be. Not everyone’s stoked on it, though. “Oh my, I did discuss this with the lab director here, and he was very uncomfortable with it, just because it’s so disrespectful,” said one reproductive counselor. Oh, and in case you’re wondering about the economics of the sperm trade — the donor gets $50, the recipients pay $600.
