Surfers can stop blaming Spicoli for encouraging the notion that they’re blond, spaced-out idiots. Now they can blame this guy who took a photo of himself mimicking, uh, inappropriate relations with a green sea turtle. Jamie O’Brien could face up to $13,200 in fines for violating the Endangered Species Act. Most reports on the photos are saying he’s ‘riding’ the endangered turtle, but based on his own recent Tumblr post about turtle herpes, the notion of really ‘riding’ it is more fitting.
