Paying Extra For First Tracks

By Rocky Thompson on November 1st, 2010

For the first time at Crystal Mountain in Washington people will be able to buy their way to the front of the lift line. An early gondola will take one load of fat cats to the mountaintop where they will indulge in a bacon and egg buffet before ski patrol pushes them into Green Valley. Crystal has yet to set the price for their First Tracks club. Hopefully it costs less than a complete AT rig.

Some mountains include first track privileges w/ season passes. Mount Snow VT has first tracks go up for 2 runs at 730 (30 minutes before open). We did this often and i even proposed during first tracks.
