Sports Bra Study

By Rocky Thompson on August 23rd, 2010

A group of researchers in England figured out a way to stare at women’s breasts for hours on end without seeming creepy. They had women run while wearing sports bras and women run without them, and they tested breast movement in relation to other stresses on the body. They basically found that women who ran without sports bras changed their strides and landed more heavily, which could cause extra stress and lead to injuries over time.
