		<description>i worked for the recovery act in the national forest. we put in a 400k$ bridge on a old road. the road was gated 6 miles before the bridge with boulders placed in front of the gate so you couldn't get in with out an excavator to move the boulders and the road ended 1/2 mile after the bridge. we pulled out a 14' dia culvert to place the bridge.  Money hard at work on that one!  I asked the FS why they didn't just decommission the road and pull out the culvert they told me "well we got money and we have to spend it one something".</description>
