What a shovel. Only one tool but with so many functions. I was surprised it can also be used for self defense. Nice. It is indeed a complete tool and it might replace a lot of bulky tools during camping. I wonder how much it cost.

It's nice to know that the tool I use to dig catholes for my waste can also safely be used to slice, dice and cut up fresh vegetables.

Soldiers have been sleeping in tents, sleeping backs, cots, hammocks, using backpacks, survival gear for as long as they have been around. Camping and the military have always had a sort of connection. If you like adventure go on a camping trip and have fun.

I love the guy trying to jump the gap at 5:25. He jacks himself up. He would have been much happier in a floatie with his two shovel/oars.

That is almost identical to our standard US Military entrenching tool. The song is not the A-Team but extremely reminiscent of the Magnificent 7 and I believe it is from "The Magnificent 7 Ride!" Dreadful film but Jerry Goldsmith music is, as always, excellent.

The "shield" at 3:45 is what got me. Lord knows I've been needing something to fend off the stick-welding attackers when I park my SUV at construction sites!

I like to think that the Chinese military actually carry fresh veggies, potted ham, and 32 oz glass bottles of beer.
