Brian Head ski resort in Southern Utah is up for sale with the asking price at $34 million. They say they average more than $6.8 million and 141,000 skiers each year. The last owner suffered a heart attack and died in 2008, so it’s not exactly a low-stress job. At this crazy price, you could afford to buy 34 million $1 ski resorts in Canada, so pretty much that entire country.
