Three months ago David Gimelfarb disappeared into the Costa Rican rainforest. He joins another U.S. ex-pat, an Australian backpacker, and a British journalist among those who have gone missing in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica.
When I glanced at this NBC headline, I initially dismissed it as conspiracy theorists looking for connections where they don’t exist, but there might actually be something there. It’s not odd that Gimelfarb’s car was found at the trailhead, but it is odd that he left his car door open. And the British journalist who most recently disappeared appears to have taken off without his glasses, phone, or anything else from his hotel room.

If you think that is bizarre take a look at how many hikers come up missing in Hawaii, it really boggles the mind, you would think it was a 3rd world country
