Mexico, Canada, and the U.S. Agree to Work Together to Save the World (or at least the bulk of N. America)

The U.S. met with the neighbors over the weekend to hammer out a Memo of Understanding (MOU). It was signed by someone from the U.S. (presumably) at the Wild 09 Conference last week in Merida, Mexico. In the Memo, the countries promise to consider the possibility of encouraging cooperative research while maybe addressing ecosystems and natural resources that reach beyond political boundaries.

They couldn’t have made this agreement more flaccid. A “Memo of Understanding”? Why even bother meeting at all if the best you can do is come up with some garbage that gets stuffed into an office mailbox and ignored?

Do you really believe that the government or a combination of them can or will do anything of substance, but waste more tax dollars? It is a joke. It has be shown by facts and figures that there is no distinctly native American criminal class except Congress and other elected officials
