The story of a gory road rage incident that we brought you back in July has reached a legal conclusion. Dr. Christopher Thomas Thompson was accused of pulling in front of a group of cyclists and slamming on his brakes. One rider went through his back window and the other shot over the car and into the road. He was also accused of road rage against cyclists in similar incidents where he tried to hit them but missed. The good doctor was found guilty of six felonies and one misdemeanor. Not sure what the misdemeanor was; maybe his plates were expired, too. He could face up to five years in prison. The man was actually an ER doctor, so maybe he was just trying to drum up some business.
