Action Against Hunger and Gatorade

By Rocky Thompson on October 17th, 2009

The multi-billion dollar athletic drink industry is teaming up with Action Against Hunger to try to raise some cash and generate awareness about world hunger. G Movement is asking people to find some kind of athletic feat, such as climbing a mountain or jumping on one foot for a really long time, and then seek people to sponsor them. Five of the athletes will get $2k grants to help pay for their feat, and the first 250 accepted will get several hundred packets of Gatorade, a squeeze bottle, and a towel. The towel’s what sold me.

Thanks Barbara
