In high school my friend Trevor would call me and be laughing so hard that he couldn’t even talk. I knew that I should turn on my TV, because he had to be calling to tell me that When Animals Attack was on.
A 63-year-old woman is recovering in Colorado after a buck mule deer she was coaxing to come towards her gored her. According to this hasty article entitled Pick up a Rifle, deer kill more people every year than bears, cougars, or wolves.

Hmm…not surprising, really. All the cougars I know are more likely to trap and toy with their prey than to kill them. At least in Park City.
