You might not agree with his zest for breaking the law but you have to admire his style. Just days after beating the rap for marijuana possession in New Zealand, two-time silver medalist Danny Kass was arrested and charged with public endangerment after attempting to drive his van straight up a popular ski run at Cardrona Alpine Resort. Kass was removed from the van after it got stuck in soft snow, and this was all before 9:30 in the morning. I didn’t even know snowboarders woke up that early. He was not under the influence and has been kicked out of the resort. Sounds fun, but maybe wait until the hill’s empty next time.
