Rossignol Recalls 4,000 Pairs of Cross-Country Ski Boots

Bad news for Rossignol. Apparently some of the soles on their cross country ski boots are peeling off making it tough to hit your stride, control your skis, and not fall down over and over. They’re recalling 3,000 pairs sold in the U.S. and 1,000 sold in Canada. The recall involves Rossignol cross-country boots X-IUM World Cup Skate, X-IUM World Cup Classic, X-IUM World Cup Pursuit, X-11 Skate, and X-IUM J Skate with a 5 or 6 digit model number stamped under the right boot’s removable insole. The boots were sold from December 2007 through June of ‘09, so now’s your chance to trade them in for a new pair. Contact the retailer where you bought them. If you bought them here, contact us and we’ll get you setup well before the snow starts flying.

Thanks Jason
