What soulless bastard would dare steal the bike of U.S. Cycling’s golden boy Lance Armstrong? Two guys, actually, and one is named Dung Le. Le actually was the guy who turned Lance’s TT bike over to police after buying it from Lee Crider. No reports on how much he paid yet, but you can bet the proceeds went to performance enhancing drugs (like meth).
