Can We All Agree that Women’s Specific Tools are a Good Idea?

It’s nice to be reminded that just because we like a company’s ethos doesn’t mean we need to like their products. It’s like the time I tried on that Patagonia blazer and found out they’d modeled the sizing on ape-men. Betty Rides, the all-girl, overly pink brand will be selling the Pretty Betty Snowboard Tool. It’s for the women who are too dainty for conventional tools, not pretty enough to get help for free in the ski shop, and generally not offended by the idea that putting a coat of neon pink on a ratchet somehow makes it gender-specific.
