Liquid Polymer Pack Chair
By Rocky Thompson on February 13th, 2009

People unhappy with the comfort provided by fallen trees and Crazy Creek chairs at their backcountry campsites will want to pack one of these eyesores for their next trip. The Pack Chair (might have some problems with that name trademark) folds down to about the size of a compressed sleeping bag and then inflates with some magic chemical polymer when you want to sit down. The catch is that once blown up, it’s a permanent fixture so it won’t be as easy to get it back to your car. Whatever, just sink it in the lake when it’s time to hike back to the trailhead.
