They’re not illegal to make, sell, or buy, but if you use one as it’s intended then you’re breaking the law. Swobo’s selling this Flask Holder for your bike that’s made in collaboration with Joseph Ahearne of Ahearne Cycles out of Portland. The Flask Cage costs $20 and doesn’t come with a flask. When I’m drunk and riding home and my pant leg gets caught on it in the middle of the intersection and I die in a halo of boozy glory, I just hope they don’t blame all the great beer I love so much.
