It might not be a Bulldog but at least you won’t have to wait until 2012 to get it. This how-to video goes over turning a chunk of plywood and a leaf blower into a functional hovercraft. The guy tests it out in a gym where it works pretty well, though I’d prefer to see him test it over water. I wonder how hard it is to return a waterlogged leaf blower to the hardware store.
