No rope made by man could hold our old dog. She could chew through the rope used to anchor the QEII in a matter of minutes. We had to use a metal chain, otherwise the animal would make a break for it every night right when we were about to eat dinner. It was effective, but I think she would have looked a lot cooler with one of these Green Guru Reclaimed Climbing Rope Leashes. They cost $18, and are made with reclaimed or “old” climbing ropes.
