Lobsters are on par with cockroaches in terms of evolution. At least that’s what chefs tell people to make them feel better when they toss the crustaceans into boiling water. I like the taste of lobster, but tearing apart their exoskeleton makes me feel like I’m eating a huge bug. So gnarly. But this thing is another bag of tricks—a rare crab that makes me want to puke every time I look at a photo of it and then stay in my house the rest of my life.
