Nine out of 10 marijuana laws were passed on ballot initiatives last week during some other nationwide election. Nine out of 10, that’s almost 5 out of 5! Since pretty much everyone I know that lives outside of my skull is a non-violent criminal, I thought some of my readers might find this news interesting. The Marijuana Policy Project has a chart on their website that lets you know if your state’s cool.
