The Bicycle Tutor is an online how-to guide that walks you through a lot of simple bike maintenance. They cover the topics in depth, but it’s kind of like someone telling you exactly how to drive a car with a manual transmission and then hopping behind the wheel in traffic and trying to get to Mr. Donut before they close. The Bicycle Tutor’s videos help, but it’s almost impossible to imagine that you’d end up with anything but an egg shaped wheel your first time trying to true those mountain bike rims.
