Japan is crowded - duh. Yet, living here is liberating sometimes. First, you learn to live in smaller spaces. Second, you learn where the crowds don’t go. Surf the typhoons. Almost no one goes out. Snowboard in snowstorms. Deep powder sends most folks home…if they come at all. But, I’m not so sure it’s that different than the states. Summerland is a kiddy place, school just got out, and Tokyo’s setting records with the heat. Wonder why the pool’s crowded? Of course, you give up a lot here. It’s tough to find a crime scene and violence is almost non-existent. Hell, the place is un-American!
For being such an innovative country, Japan seems to lack some common sense; totally generally speaking, of course.

there has to be a bad joke somplace in all of this. What do you call 100,000 wet japanes in a wave pool?
that is one of the more dangerous vids I have seen. Don’t go under. And I thought the water at the Palms casino pool was nasty.
aww who peed?
