Atwood Mini Tools

atwood_mini_tool

Instead of slapping every gadget you could possibly need onto some piece of crap that’ll break the first time you try to cut a piece of shock cord, take a look at Atwood mini tools. This guy creates small, burly tools that are designed to do a couple things and do them really well. It’s not like you really need a toothpick, ballpoint pen, and two serrated blades on your pocket tool, anyway. The only real hitch I can see with this thing is that it doesn’t fold up, so it could cut a way through your pocket and fall out on the trail. A more useful Atwood tool for backpacking might be the Titanium GasBaby, which is made for fixing camp stoves.

It doesn’t need to fold up because it comes with a sheath. It doesn’t really matter anyway because almost all the stuff on the guys site says sold out.
