Suunto Luna Terra Women’s Urbaneering Watches

Suunto launched a new line of women’s fashion watches called the Lumi Terra that have several of the same features as their outdoor sports watches. They’re trying to position them as fashion accessories that are ready for backcountry use—kind of like SUVs.

From their website: It’s a cloudy morning, but the barometer on your Suunto Lumi says blue skies ahead, so leave your raincoat at home.

I know I’ll remember the day that I trust a watch barometer because it’ll be the same day my laptop gets ruined in a downpour.

   What the hell is wrong with our industry? Do they have no clue who the customers are? Prediction this line will be a complete and total failure. Suunto get a clue women that want a technical watch want a technical watch. Women that want a fashion watch want a fashion watch. FOCUS you dumb asses.

   Summitbum - Let me just make sure you get this. This is a technical watch. The watch and the Lumi line are available with different band options. So just try to relax. Its just a watch and I highly doubt it being a failure - its Sunnto.
